Cancellation stops the next renewal - it’s not a refund. Your agency keeps full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for (the rest of the month on monthly, the rest of the year on annual), then the workspace switches to read-only. We don’t prorate partial months and we don’t refund unused time on annual plans. You can re-subscribe any time within 90 days to pick up exactly where you left off.
