Clients often want a choice — a comfortable version and a premium one, or two different routes. Niti handles this by letting one inquiry hold several itineraries and bundling them into a single proposal.
Build the options
On the inquiry page, under Itineraries, use + New option to add another itinerary to the same inquiry. Each one is a complete, separately priced plan.
The fastest way to build a second option is usually not from scratch. Open the itinerary you already have and use Duplicate this — or Duplicate itinerary from the More menu — then change what differs.
Order them, and pick a favourite
When you send the proposal, the Itinerary options list gives you:
- Tick boxes — which options go in this proposal. You don't have to send all of them.
- ▲ ▼ arrows — the client sees the options top-down in this order.
- Agent's pick — star one as your recommended option.
Both matter more than they look. The first option gets read most carefully, and starring one is the difference between handing someone a menu and giving them advice.
What the client does
The share link shows the options as cards — total, duration, dates and counts — each with View full details → and Pick this option.
They compare in one place and choose, rather than working through several emails.
Tips
- Two or three options. More than that stalls the decision rather than helping it.
- Make the options genuinely different. Two itineraries that vary by one hotel look like an error, not a choice.
- Price them all properly before sending. The totals sit side by side on the share page, so a half-costed option is obvious.
