Travel Radar

Who is travelling, who leaves soon, and who just got back.

Updated

Where the pipeline tracks trips you're selling, Travel Radar tracks trips that are happening. It's the bird's-eye view of every active trip — who's going where, and when.

The stages

Trips are grouped by where they are in real time:

  • Departing soon — the trip starts within the next 7 days.
  • Currently travelling — the trip is in progress.
  • Recently returned — they're back.
  • Planning — confirmed but not near departure yet.

The header summarises the same thing in a line: how many active trips, and how many sit in each stage.

The day strip

Above the stages runs a strip of upcoming dates, each marked with the trips starting that day, with Today and Tomorrow labelled. It's the quickest way to see whether tomorrow is quiet or busy.

Sorting

Earliest first and Latest first reorder the stage lists — earliest first when you're working out what needs attention now, latest first when you're planning further out.

Tips

  • Departing soon is the one to check daily. It's the last chance to catch a missing supplier voucher or an unconfirmed transfer before someone is standing at an airport.
  • Recently returned is your prompt for follow-up — feedback requests and repeat business are easiest while the trip is fresh.
