Once the itinerary is built and priced, Preview shows you exactly what the client will see: a branded page with your agency name, the trip dates, the day-by-day plan and the final price.
From the preview you can download it as a PDF, copy a share link, or email it to the client.
Offering more than one option
You often want to show a client a choice — a comfortable version and a premium one, say. Niti handles this with proposals.
On the inquiry page:
- Under Itineraries, use + New option to add another itinerary to the same inquiry. Each one is a separate, fully priced plan.
- Under Proposals to client, choose Send proposal to client.
- Bundle one or more itineraries into the proposal.
The client gets a single link where they can compare the options side by side and pick their favourite.
Keeping track
Each itinerary on the inquiry page shows its status — Draft to begin with — along with its reference, the number of nights, the dates, the total and when it was last updated.
Tips
- Always open Preview before you send. It's the only view that shows what the client actually gets, including the currency conversion.
- Two or three options work well. More than that tends to stall the decision rather than help it.
