Settings — under your name in the top right — covers account security and account lifecycle.
Browser sessions
This lists the devices your account is currently signed in on, each with its operating system, browser, IP address and when it was last active. The one you're using is marked This device.
Sign Out Other Sessions ends every session except the current one.
Use it when you've signed in on a shared or borrowed machine, when a laptop goes missing, or whenever the list shows something you don't recognise. The list may not be exhaustive, so if you think the account has been compromised, sign the other sessions out and change your password — that's on the Profile page.
Delete account
Delete Account permanently deletes the account and all of its resources and data. It cannot be undone.
Download anything you want to keep first — the reports you'd want are under Reports, which export to CSV and PDF.
If you're an agency owner, consider what happens to colleagues' work before deleting. To remove one person rather than the whole account, an admin should manage them from Team members and roles instead.
Tips
- Check the session list occasionally rather than only when something feels wrong. An unfamiliar device is much easier to spot early.
- Signing out other sessions is harmless — you'll just sign back in on those devices. It's a reasonable reflex after using someone else's computer.
