Agency profile and branding

Your name, legal details, logo and brand colour — what clients see on every document you send.

My Agency in the sidebar holds the settings that apply across everything you produce. Most of it you fill in once. Click Edit to change anything.

Agency Details

The core contact information: Agency Name (required), Email, Phone and Website.

Business Registration

Your legal identity, shown on proposals and invoices. All of it is optional, with one catch — if you charge tax, Niti reminds you to add your tax number before issuing an invoice.

  • Registered legal name — defaults to your agency name on documents when blank, so only fill it in if the two differ.
  • Legal entity type — sole trader, partnership, Pvt Ltd, LLC, public limited, or other.
  • Business registration no. and Tax registration no. (VAT / GST / TIN).
  • Travel / IATA license no. and Licensing authority.
  • Date of incorporation.

Location

Used for tax profiles and regional defaults, so it's worth getting right before you set up tax.

Alongside Address, City, Country and Timezone there's a separate Registered office address — shown on invoices when set, otherwise the main address is used.

Branding

Your logo and brand colour appear on proposals and invoices.

  • Logo — PNG, JPG or SVG. A transparent background is recommended.
  • Brand colour.

This is the single highest-value thing to set up. Every client-facing document picks it up, so a few minutes here makes everything you send look like it came from you.

Tips

  • Do branding before you send your first proposal. Re-sending a document because the logo was missing is a bad first impression.
  • Notes and Additional Details are internal — nothing there reaches the client.

This is Niti.
