The Day-by-Day Plan is where the itinerary stops being a list of bookings and starts reading like a trip. Niti lays out one card per day of the travel dates, each labelled with its date.
Cover & intro
At the top sits Cover & intro — what clients see at the top of the shared itinerary. Leave a field blank and Niti uses the auto-generated version, so you only need to write here when you want something more personal than the default.
Working through the days
Use Expand all and Collapse all to move around, or open a single day. Inside each day you can attach:
- Destinations — where they are that day.
- Stay — which accommodation they're in.
- Activities — what they're doing.
- Transport — how they move.
These pull from what you've already added in the other sections, so the day-by-day plan is about arranging rather than re-entering.
Letting the AI write it
Write day notes with AI drafts the prose for the days. Each day also has a Notes to guide the AI (optional) field — put a steer in there ("slow morning, early start for the climb") and the generated text follows it. Days written this way are marked AI-generated.
It's a draft, not a final answer. Read it before it goes out — the AI knows what you booked, not that the hotel's pool is closed for refurbishment.
Tips
- Fill in stays, activities and transport before you come here. The day-by-day plan is much faster to assemble when there's something to arrange.
- This is the section clients read most closely. If you only polish one part of the itinerary by hand, make it this one.
